Description

Analyst responsible for comprehensive financial reporting and financial statement audit concurrently driving process improvements and leveraging technology for strategic projects and data analytics



Responsibilities
  1. Prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with Ind AS / IFRS for various Ford Subsidiaries
  2. Prepare cost sheet schedules ensuring strict adherence to Cost Records and Audit Rules.
  3. Collaborate with external auditors and prepare comprehensive audit work papers by researching and analyzing financial data to support the annual audit.
  4. Support and execute key monthend and quarterend closing processes including processing journal entries performing account reconciliations and preparing financial reports for stakeholders.
  5. Assist the corporate finance team with the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings such as Form 10Q and 10K.
  6. Provide support to the tax team during various direct and indirect tax audits.
  7. Ensure timely completion of SOX (SarbanesOxley) testing to maintain compliance with the entitys internal control requirements.
  8. Independently lead projects involving complex accounting issues or matters.


Qualifications
  • Educational Qualification CA

  • No of years of Experience 02 years (Experience in financial reporting and handling audits)

  • Selection Criteria (Desired General Skills and Experience):
    • Excellent knowledge of Accounting and Auditing principles (USGAAP / IFRS / Ind AS)
    • Proficiency in MS Office application plus MS Excel
    • Prior working experience with financial reporting tools preferred (not mandatory)
    • Demonstrated strong analytical problemsolving and organizational abilities
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively and build positive working relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
    • Continuously enhance professional knowledge and skills through selfstudy networking with colleagues and engaging in relevant training and professional development opportunities
