Job Description

Position: Business Development Specialist Brisbane North

Base Location: Brisbane norther suburbs

Employment : Fulltime

Signpac a division of GJI Group is a leading National Signage provider specialising in the education sector. We are currently seeking a confident motivated & proactive Business Development Specialist (BDS) to join the team and expand the School Signs brand in Brisbane northern region.

About the role

In the role you will be responsible for identifying pitching and securing long term relationships with clients. Your school stakeholders can include Principals Heads of Departments Business Managers and Administration staff providing advice and guidance ensuring all client needs are delivered to expectation.

Role Requirements:

Proven sales experience and success ideally in the signage education or LED lighting/electrical industries.

Outstanding stakeholder management with the ability to quickly form genuine connections identify negotiate and close business deals.

A high level of comfort in consultative sales face to face meetings and client management.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and articulate value propositions.

Local and interstate travel when required must have your own vehicle.

The Ideal Candidate:

Motivated with a proactive solution driven attitude and a hunger to win.

A customerfirst thinking approach.

Willingness to be a team player contributor and collaborator.

Driven to hit achievable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) revenue targets.

Signage or education background highly desirable.
