About the Role:
As a tradequalified Motor Assessor youll leverage your expertise in panel beating or spray painting trade (Cert III) to meticulously assess vehicle damage. From authorising repairs to negotiating settlements youll manage a portfolio of motor claims ensuring costeffective solutions and exceptional customer outcomes. Previous Collision repair or Service centre management/advisor experience will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage endtoend motor claims conducting assessments and overseeing repairs.
- Cultivate relationships with industry partners and internal teams.
- Ensure accurate cost estimations and safe repair recommendations.
- Work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
- Improve customer experience by providing exceptional service and support.
- Demonstrate a willingness to help your peers and contribute to team success.
- Enjoy and promote a highperformance culture within the organisation.
What You Bring:
- Trade qualification (Cert III) in panel beating or spray painting plus relevant post trade experience.
- Experience in estimating vehicle repairs is desirable but not essential.
- Be front and centre for our customer satisfaction commitment.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent time management.
- Ability to work well within a team environment and support colleagues.
- A proactive and dynamic approach to solve complex problems and achieve balanced outcomes.
- Commitment to maintaining high performance standards.
- Current unrestricted drivers license.
