Want a seat at our table Were looking for an FP&A Manager to join our team and play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of our business. Reporting to the CFO the FP&A Manager will be a critical partner in financial analysis reporting and strategic planning. This role will collaborate closely with the CFO on budgeting forecasting and longterm planning with the opportunity to take on increasing ownership as they grow in the role. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset excellent communication skills and a proactive handson approach.
The Main Course Responsibilities
Support the CFO in the companys annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
Build and maintain financial models for scenario planning performance analysis and strategic initiatives.
Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly reporting packages for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
Analyze business drivers financial results and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Partner with department leaders to support financial decisionmaking and track KPIs.
Assist in enhancing reporting processes dashboard development and financial systems/tools.
Conduct adhoc financial analysis including support for pricing strategies capital allocation and M&A.
Collaborate with Accounting on monthend close processes and variance analysis.
Support investor relations efforts with data and analysis as needed.
What You Bring To The Table Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field (MBA or CPA a plus).
57 years of progressive experience in FP&A investment banking consulting or corporate finance.
SaaS industry experience strongly preferred.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills are essential.
Experience with ERP and financial planning tools (e.g. NetSuite SpreadSheet Server) and BI platforms (e.g. Power BI) preferred.
Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities with the capability to translate complex data into business insights.
A proactive selfstarter mindset with a willingness to roll up sleeves and grow into greater ownership.
