Job Description
Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse looking to enhance your career in home hemodialysis We are searching for a compassionate and skilled Fulltime Home Hemodialysis RN who is eager to make a meaningful difference in patients lives by delivering exceptional care within their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Administer home hemodialysis treatments following established protocols and guidelines.
- Monitor and assess patients responses to treatments adjusting plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about the home hemodialysis process ensuring comprehensive understanding of treatments and potential complications.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records documenting all procedures medications and interventions related to dialysis care.
- Adhere to stringent infection control standards to maintain a safe and clean treatment environment.
Qualifications:
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience with a preference for those with hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis experience.
- At least 6 months of general dialysis experience is highly preferred.
