Mission:
We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Revenue Operations Specialist with a strong background in HubSpot to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in designing implementing and training on new processes within HubSpot ensuring seamless operations across our gotomarket departments. The ideal candidate will have a knack for creating insightful reporting mechanisms to track process effectiveness and individual team performance.
What youll be doing:
- Collaborate with Sales Marketing and Customer Success teams to design and implement efficient processes within HubSpot.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to ensure team members are proficient in new HubSpot processes.
- Create and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards to monitor process effectiveness and individual performance metrics.
- Continuously analyze and optimize HubSpot workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Serve as the goto expert for HubSpotrelated inquiries and best practices within the organization.

- Proven experience in Revenue Operations or a similar role with a strong focus on HubSpot.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement processes within HubSpot.
- Experience in creating and managing reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to train and support team members.
