Job Description
Wage: $25 $30 per hour
What Youll Do:
Assist with fiber construction including drops to residential and commercial properties
Perform trenching and specialty installations as needed
Collaborate with the installation team to ensure timely and efficient project completion
Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
Track daily schedules and manage multiple projects using project management software
Maintain tools and equipment in proper working order
Support the team manager in assigning and supervising tasks
Be available for occasional overtime
What Were Looking For:
Experience in fiber construction or installation (preferred but not required)
Ability to work outdoors in all weather and perform physically demanding tasks
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fastpaced environment
Selfmotivated and able to work independently
Understanding of fiber networks and ability to read build plans
Strong communication and problemsolving skills
Team player with a flexible cando attitude
Fiber splicing experience is a plus
Must be able to commute to Saratoga Springs UT
PPE and tools provided
