The Security Analysts serves both HCTec and its Technical Managed Service (TMS) customers as the primary support
analyst for all aspects in relation to Security Application Management (Antivirus Firewalls Access Requests
Patching and O365 Compliance Monitoring) Security Infrastructure Indent Investigation Incident Reporting Risk
Assessments and Threat Research. This role Performs security measures to prevent intrusion vulnerabilities and
other threats. Evaluates detection firewall and traffic log data to identify patterns and trends.
This role is responsible for overseeing and reporting all application patch levels leasing with security vendors like
CrowdStrike Trend Micro Microsoft Cisco and others as required to ensure the cybersecurity posture of HCTec and
all TMS Customers and escalate any issues or concerns to management.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
To perform this job an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without reasonable

Routine Support (50%)
Provides 24/7/365 Tier 1 Cybersecurity support to meet and exceed established Service Level Agreements
(SLAs) and follow ITIL processes
Triages end user issues and determines if the issues that have been completed
Utilizes customer service guidelines as outlined in HDI CISA CompTIA and ISC2 training
Provided and updated knowledgebase and client specific procedures to resolve issues
Documentation andor Research (40%)
GenerateReview of Systems Reports for Audits
Generate and Maintain all Cybersecurity reports and Documentation for HCTec and TMS customers
Processing and Updating Written Information Security Plans (WISP) for HCTec and all TMS Customers
Processing and Updating Downtime Action and Recovery Plans (DARP) for HCTec
Processing and Updating Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for HCTec and all TMS Customers
Performing Security Risk Assessment (SRA) on TMS and MS customers
Reviewing in the absence of VP of Cybersecurity Business Associates Agreements (BAA) (Level III Only)
Completing baseline answering and sending for review Aide VP Cybersecurity with HiTrust Data Audits and
Customer Cyber Questionnaires
Aide Director Contracts with all Cyber Breaches in maintaining the logs for each CBI and keeping the VP of
Cybersecurity and the VP of relevant practice up to date.
Aide VP Technical Services with working on identifying or reporting any Cybersecurity or Compliance needs
of TMS Customers
Continuing Education (10%)
Acquires and maintains a general and clinical knowledge of client and related software applications
Attends professional development training as instructed
Maintains necessary technology skills to perform Level 3 Support Tasks as someone in this role with training
including common Applications Infrastructure systems desktop laptops thin Clients Networking and
firewall SaaS Based application Five9s Datto RMM CrowdStrike Microsoft Adobe etc.
Exhibits regular and reliable attendance
Performs other duties as assigned
