We are currently looking for a Head of Partnership Sales ready to join our adventure share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.What you will be doing
Target:
Digital banking products distribution to PI and SME customers using partners network and traffic of consumers or SMEs. Focus be put on ecommerce merchants marketplaces or aggregators providing check out / acquiring service in ecommerce as the major source of leads for leding proposition professional brokres distribution shall also be built.
Major KPIs: new volume loans retail sales finance or BNPL sales vol / number of accounts sales per partner cost per acquisition targeted average brokerage fee net margin after brokerage fee cost.
Responsibilities:
- Define a distribution strategy via partnerships in Poland plan a distribution mix using professional and nonprofessional partners sales in time define targeted weighted average CPA and a strategy of initial setup of brokerage fee and its gradual adaptation
- Specify requirements for standardized products be ready and competitive for sales via partnerships (APIs for brokers APIs for merchants sales variants of product origination with banks own web FE or fully whitelabelled via APIs using a FE of a partner with or without data controllership as per GDPR cooperate with dedicated product delivery team
- Collect and enable requirements and feedback from partners to enhance products and their embedded way of origination via partners networks make UAT together with a partner and product delivery team
- Hunt for partnership deals create and maintain partnerships deals pipeline prepare contractual doc package in cooperation with legal team procure partners in cooperation with procurement team (including GDRP and IT security assessment)
- Set partnerships from business operational perspective integration testing activation of 1st sales reporting brokerage fee calculation including maluses settlement with partners on monthly basis
- Scale partnerships constant work with partners in order to boost sales and correspond do partners needs train partners staff make sales promotions for specific partners etc.
Skills you should have
- Extensive experience in distribution of financial / banking products in Poland via partnerships 10 years of highly relevant experince in a bank nonbanking institution or a fintech
- Large network of contacts to mid and large size ecommerece merchants Clevel representatives and all brokers active in polish market
- Excellent sales and communication skills people management experience experience in building new distribution networks since sratch is a great plus
- Experience in fin. products distribution via brokers incl. brokers networks management
- Structured thinking know how and skills to work out a high qaulity distribution plans budgets forecasts and financial models to verify a profitability of a partnership deal
- Experience in procurement process contracting and onboarding partners
- Fluency in Polish and English
