Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)
Fulltime All year round Up to 27000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)

Our client a welcoming and thoughtfully designed early years setting is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) to join their dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a service that places childrens wellbeing and learning at the heart of everything they do.

With beautiful agespecific rooms a spacious outdoor garden and play area and a warm homelike atmosphere the nursery offers a space where children feel safe confident and eager to explore. The team is passionate about learning through play and is committed to providing a nurturing inclusive environment for every child and team member.

As a Nursery Practitioner youll support childrens learning and development through engaging playbased experiences. Working closely with your room team youll contribute to a highquality childcentred approach helping each child thrive emotionally socially and educationally.

What Youll Need

  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
  • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • Sound knowledge of child development and the EYFS
  • A genuine passion for working with young children
  • A positive flexible and teamoriented approach

  • Deliver highquality care and early education in line with the EYFS framework
  • Plan and facilitate fun ageappropriate activities that support all areas of development
  • Build warm responsive relationships with children families and colleagues
  • Observe and track childrens progress supporting individual learning journeys
  • Maintain a safe stimulating and inclusive environment both indoors and outdoors
  • Contribute positively to the team and support a culture of reflection and improvement
