The Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled Fullstack Software Engineer to join our growing Berlin office and be part of the team focused on empowering coaches and players with cuttingedge tools and insights. Whether its crafting intuitive and responsive frontend experiences building robust tools for video playback and analysis in the browser or developing scalable systems your work will shape how sports are experienced globally.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with product managers designers engineers and a worldclass AI team to deliver products that empower coaches players and their supporters.
- Contribute to the full product lifecycle ideation development deployment and monitoring while leveraging customer feedback loops to iteratively refine and improve products. Our teams really own their products.
- Leverage and enhance Veos design system to create intuitive user experiences.
- Participate in technical discussions reviews and decisions to shape Veos technology landscape

What You Could Bring
- 5 years of software engineering experience
- Expertise in building intuitive responsive tools and working and a proficiency in both backend (e.g. Python TypeScript SQL) and frontend technologies (TypeScript React)
- An interest in video technologies or sports
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively across disciplines
- A growth mindset focused on continuous improvement and learning
- A problemsolving mindset and clear understanding of what works when it comes to building and operating largescale systems.
- An eye for architecture: you can discuss the tradeoff between architectural choices
- A knack for data analysis and visualization
- Experience with data processing pipelines
- A foundational understanding of machine learning and computer vision techniques (core principles)
