YOUR PROFILE
- Completed studies or many years of relevant professional experience in the field of technical training and personnel development
- Knowledge and understanding of the role of the training coordinator in MRO
- Knowledge of aviation law in particular Part 145 Part 147 Part CAMO and Part 66
- Very good knowledge of operational regulations and the required parts of the MOE desirable
- Very good knowledge of German
- Very good knowledge of English
- Very good knowledge of MS Windows & Office
- Experience in working with databases
- High degree of service orientation
- confident demeanour negotiating skills persuasiveness assertiveness
- Flexibility and team spirit
- Strong social and communication skills

YOUR TASKS
The position of Technical Training Supervisor involves the planning implementation and continuous improvement of processes and workflows in technical training.
- Managing and maintaining all relevant documentation and records in accordance with legal requirements
- Supporting HRD with the monthly planning and organisation of technical training for new employees as part of the Introduction Week
- Planning and organising training in particular continuation training in accordance with MOE and annual instruction in accordance with DGUV regulations
- Specialist advice and support for employees and managers on training measures in accordance with the legal requirements under national law for the renewal of an ICL and IQAD
- Supporting inhouse representatives in the fulfilment of their tasks in compliance with legal and companyinternal compliance standards
- Digital and manual archiving of documents and evidence
- Creating reports for external and internal departments
- Communicating with external training providers and establishing and maintaining training partners worldwide
