WHS Advisor 18Month Fixed Contract
Base yourself Sydney CBD Penrith or Upper Blue Mountains (your choice)

Travel: Approx. 20% to NSW & QLD sites
Salary: $120k$140k Superannuation

As a WHS Advisor youll bring the expertise leadership and handson knowhow to drive risk and compliance build capability across care centres and scale up their systems to becomefutureready.

Youll be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and enhancing the internal WHS/IMS systems and processes

  • Leading risk assessments and supporting site managers to embed safe practices

  • Delivering engaging practical WHS training across multiple care centre locations

  • Driving compliance managing reporting and supporting audit processes

  • Building trust and capability across a team thats motivated but needs guidance

  • Acting as a key voice in safetyacross teams and up to board level

What were looking for:

  • Diploma in WHS (minimum)

  • Strong working knowledge of WHS legislation and compliance

  • A passion for building cultures of safetynot just enforcing policy

  • Skilled in simplifying systems leading improvements and delivering training

  • Confident communicator who thrives in facetoface environments

  • Happy to travel across NSW and QLD (around 20% of the role)
