Job Description

  • Permanent Full Time Position Monday to Friday
  • Moorebank Location Free onsite parking

About the Role

The Rental Administrator is responsible to increase the level of support to our customers and sales teams by providing solutions through Short & LongTerm Rental products that TMHA handle. They must handle requests either internally or externally accurately and efficiently so as to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the respective states hire fleet so as to ensure maximum utilisation and profitability. Where appropriate recommend increase/reductions in the size of the casual hire fleet and advise manager when equipment has exceeded its economic life.
  • Ensure all Hire Unites (LTS & STR) are rented and contracted as required in M3 system process and procedures.
  • Ensure all rental agreements are signed and stored both physically and electronically.
  • Ensure monthly rental invoices runs are completed in accurate and timely manner.
  • Process credits in line with TMHA policies and procedures.

Skills & Experiences:

  • Certificate IV in Business Administration desirable.
  • Previous administration experience.
  • Strong computer skills Microsoft office applications.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Strong customer service skills.
