Job Description
Builden PartnersseeksaMarketingCommunications Specialist todevelop and execute marketing and communications strategyforourgrowing list of law firm clients.

This position is based in Chicago and is primarily remote with the expectation of coming into the officeonce a candidates will also be considered.
TheMarketingCommunications Specialistwill:
Collaborate with and serve asthedaytoday contact for retainer and projectbased clientsImplementBuildensmarketing infrastructure model for clients including:
Developing thought leadership contentand client newsletters
Managingawardsincluding providing recommendations and drafting select award submission content
Researching planningand executingeventsand conference participation as well as coordinatingstrategic sponsorships
Handlingsocial accounts andwebsiteupdates
Createplaybooks to train clients to implementBuildensmarketing infrastructure model
Provide research and analysis for various initiatives
Lead client meetingsincluding coordinating follow up
Create edit and update clientwin summariespress releases biographies practice group descriptions award nominationsinvitations website content presentations ad copy brochure contentand other content
Coordinates and supports directories submissions
Manage key elements ofclientbrand andwebsite redesigns
Maintains and shares analytics reports
The right candidate:
Has46years of experience withinhouse law firm experiencepreferredHas a bachelors degree in communications marketingbusiness or related field
Has exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
Is entrepreneurialwith a positive attitude
Has astrongclient service focus
Is proficientin social media platforms CRMsand analytics tools
Enjoys working within our processdriven model
Likesmanagingmultiple projects priorities and deadlines
Is highly focused organized and intensely detailoriented
