The Facilities Services Coordinator will provide the Maintenance Team residents vendors and staff with administrative support to ensure successful completion of maintenancerelated work orders resident inquiries and larger projects at College Housing Northwest (CHNW) communities. You will assist in planning and organizing department resources such as scheduling record keeping vendor/resource management supply ordering and inspections. This role collaborates with community staff to provide a supportive environment where students can thrive while providing thoughtful friendly and thorough customer service.
