What Your Day May Look Like:
- Responds to all alarms disturbances and incidents that may occur.
- Writes reports sends emails and keeps up with daytoday operations.
- Show and maintain proficiency with responding to medical incidents and CPR/AED.
- Patrol interior and exterior of the premises.
- Serve as a general security presence and visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractions.
- Detect suspicious activities and watch for criminal acts or client rule infractions at or near assigned post which may be a threat to the property employees and visitors.
- Report all incidents accidents and/or medical emergencies to Leadership.
- Follows procedures to respond to emergencies and alarms such as medical incident or bomb threats or fire alarms or intrusion.

Position Requirements:
- 21 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- Standard computer / technology skills needed.
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
- Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift.
- Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain vigilant throughout shift.
- 12 years SOC / GSOC / customer service call center experience.
- Dispatch and EMS escalations and awareness concerning access control security concepts experience.
- Leadership experience (accountability SLAs metric driven goal oriented).
- Must be resourceful independent and flexible to client / operational support engagements.
- Must have exposure to utilization directly over various security incident management tools i.e. alarm management CCTV geofencing applications geopolitical intel / risk intelligence applications etc.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to come to work well rested and alert on time and completes shift assignments (including overtime if assigned).
- Must have a neat professional appearance and arrive at work dressed in complete and clean assigned uniform.
- Must have a friendly and professional demeanor and provide quality customer service.
- Must be a good communicator (both verbal and written) and be capable of handling typical / crisis situations both efficiently and effectively.
- Must understand and successfully execute his / her post orders including enforcement of client and company policies rules and regulations.
- Must be able to successfully complete CPR First Aid and AED training / certification.
Physical / Mental Functions:
- Stand or walk (for up to an entire shift) on various surfaces (tile concrete carpet).
- Must be able to climb stairs and ramps.
- Occasionally bend / twist at waist / knees / neck to perform various duties.
- Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
- Work in various environments including adverse outdoor conditions such as cold rain or heat.
- Constant mental alertness and attention to detail required while setting priorities and following up on assignments.
