Location: Annville PA FullTime Travel Required

What Youll Do

In this leadership role youll work closely with the President Vice Presidents and CFO to ensure HR strategies directly support business goals. Youll be responsible for building strong relationships across teams guiding leadership on employee relations and fostering a highperformance engaged workforce.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with leadership to align HR strategies with company objectives
  • Advising and coaching managers on employee relations performance issues and conflict resolution
  • Promoting employee engagement and a positive workplace culture across all company locations
  • Conducting and managing investigations exit/stay interviews and sensitive employee matters
  • Overseeing HR compliance documentation and data accuracy
  • Managing benefit and compensation programs and providing recommendations to leadership
  • Administering Workers Compensation claims and maintaining communication with providers and employees

What You Bring

  • A bachelors degree with 5 years of HR experience or a high school diploma with 15 years of relevant experience (including 5 years in an HR leadership role)
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices (FMLA ADA EEO etc.)
  • Strong communication coaching and conflictresolution skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to travel to different locations as needed (up to one week at a time)
