Job Description
We are seeking a Data Research Specialist to join our Data Operations team. This role involvesefficiently managing large volumes of data and supporting our Product and Tech teams with data validation analysis and updates. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset exceptional attention to detail and a passion for accuracy. Were looking for a dedicated individual eager to grow with thecompany. This role requires a proactive approach keen analytical skills and a strong commitment to data accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Conduct primary and secondary research to gather relevant data aligned with project or business objectives.
Identify verify and compile accurate information from credible sources ensuring data integrity and consistency.
Follow established guidelines and standard operating procedures without deviation to maintain the highest data quality standards.
Consistently deliver data with over 95% accuracy maintaining a minimal error rate across all deliverables.
Work within parameters and with limited supervision to ensure quality and performance are as per set standards
Complete all the assigned tasks and deliverables as per the agreed turnaround times.
Required Skills (Mandatory):
Bachelors degree in any discipline (. BCA BBA) or completion of a dataoriented course.
12 years of experience in Primary and/or Secondary Research.
Wellversed with Web Research MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to read interpret and verify data from multiple sources.
Strong commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Good analytical and logical reasoning skills with a Positive attitude towards work
