Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Implement and test intelligent automations in Maestro based MP&L applications.
- Contribute to the implementation of Supply AI & Demand AI to improve planning and execution capabilities.
- Implement (Coding & Configuration in Maestro) Improvements to the endtoend value stream across applications.
- Work with business teams and align to specific needs and implement process improvements.
- Implement Diagnostics and KPIs for measuring performance against targets.
- Implement capability to improve buildability and production stability.
- Implement demand driven planning and execution solutions.
- Implement production planning for Powertrain and Battery plants.
Responsibilities
- Perform Proof of Concept for Maestro capabilities to assess compatibility and value add for Ford Motor Company
- Improve process efficiencies by optimizing workbooks and commands for quality and turnaround time.
- Provide guidance and training to junior configuration and testing resources.
- Complete assigned tasks with quality and on time delivery.
- Work with Kinaxis consultants to implement enhancements.
- Manage and address issue backlog across MP&L applications.
- Provide status updates to support management meetings.
Qualifications
Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in IT related field or significant experience in IT ilo of IT Degree
No. of Years of Experience: 5
Professional Exposure
Technical Skills
- Global crossfunctional project management experience.
- Database management experience.
- Understanding of financial wholesales process.
- Experience in vehicle/powertrain operations. Extensive Maestro design and configurator experience.
Functional Skills
- Proficient in SQL
- Microsoft Excel
- Kinaxis Maestro coding & configuration
- Maestro Authoring level 2 certification Leadership Skills
- Ability to drive global consensus within tight timelines
Any Others
- Ability to work extended hours if needed during peak time periods
