We are looking for a Senior React Native Developer with 3 to 6 years of experience in building and maintaining highperformance mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in React Native JavaScript/TypeScript and mobile app architecture. You will be responsible for developing scalable and optimized applications integrating thirdparty services and ensuring seamless performance across both iOS and Android platforms.
As a key member of our fastpaced startup environment you will collaborate closely with designers product managers and backend engineers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. You should have a strong understanding of state management API integrations performance optimization and testing. The role also requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting debugging and continuously improving the mobile development process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain React Native applications for iOS and Android.
- Implement React Navigation for smooth app routing and user experience.
- Set up and manage Deep Linking/App Links for seamless navigation across apps.
- Handle the endtoend deployment process including publishing apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Take ownership of features from development to deployment ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Participate in crossfunctional discussions to align technology with business goals.
- Work closely with product managers designers and backend developers to deliver highquality experiences.
- Optimize application performance responsiveness and efficiency.
- Manage state efficiently using Redux or React Context API.
- Integrate GraphQL RESTful APIs Firebase and thirdparty libraries.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews and unit testing.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues ensuring stability and security in mobile applications.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in React Native development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 to 6 years of handson experience with React Native.
- Strong expertise in modularizing React Native applications for better scalability.
- Strong expertise in React Navigation (Stack Tab Drawer and Nested Navigation).
- Experience in Deep Linking/App Links setup for both iOS and Android.
- Proven experience in publishing apps on both Google Play Store & Apple App Store (including app signing certificates provisioning profiles).
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6) TypeScript and mobile UI development.
- Strong experience in state management using Redux or Context API.
- Experience in handling large forms complex input fields and managing keyboard state effectively.
- Experience integrating thirdparty APIs Firebase push notifications and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of Expo SDK Expo CLI EAS (Expo Application Services) and Expo Modules.
- Familiarity with native development (Swift for iOS Kotlin/Java for Android) is a plus.
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for React Native apps.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced startup culture with a proactive and problemsolving mindset.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
Good to Have:
- Experience with React Query and offlinefirst architecture.
- Knowledge of animations and gestures using Reanimated and Gesture Handler.
- Handson experience with unit testing (Jest) and app security best practices.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and mobile DevOps best practices.
- Experience with Fastlane for automating app deployment.
- Familiarity with Microservices architecture and backend integration.
- Familiarity with serverdriven UI and realtime data sync techniques.
