The Workday Analyst will serve as the primary point of contact for Workdayrelated matters managing Jira requests resolving system incidents and ensuring seamless collaboration between DH Central and Glovo while maintaining data integrity and optimizing system functionality.
THE JOURNEY
- Act as the primary owner and point of contact for Jira requests related to Workday ensuring timely resolution and communication.
- Analyze investigate and resolve Workday incidents collaborating with relevant teams as needed.
- Engage in deepdive analysis of requests to identify root causes and provide effective solutions.
- Manage and prioritize stakeholder expectations ensuring clear and transparent communication.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations.
- Work closely with the People Team to understand their needs and translate them into system training and support to endusers as necessary.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement system enhancements and updates.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Proven experience working with Workday in a functional or technical capacity.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Experience managing Jira requests and working within an agile framework.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Curiosity and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fastpaced environment.
- Familiarity with HR processes and systems is a plus.
