Level B from $123K base Level C from $150K base ( 17% Super leave loading)
Work rights required:
Full time Australian work rights for the duration of the contract.
Locations:
SWSLHD four days per week at Liverpool and SPH one day per week at Randwick

Our work ranges from responding to emerging public health crises to training the future health workforce. Youll join a considerable institution of learners thinkers researchers and innovators with more than 1000 undergraduate and postgraduate coursework students and 200 research candidates enrolled in our School.

Why this role matters:

The School of Population Health (SPH) is collaborating with the South Western Sydney Local Health District (SWSLHD) to deliver a program to develop the health leadership and management (HLM) capacity of the District and the School. A SPH Lecturer (Level B)/ Senior Lecturer (Level C) in Health Leadership and Management will be an embedded position with the SWSLHD and it will be colocated across SWSLHD in Liverpool and SPH in Randwick. The role reports to Professor of Health Leadership and Management in SPH.

The position plays a key role in supporting the SWSLHD to advance the Districts health leadership and management development program. The position under the direction of the SWSLHD Chief Executive and SPH Professor HLM will undertake activities aimed at enhancing the SWSLHD organisational development management and leadership capabilities. This position will make a contribution to educational and research excellence in the HLM program of the School. Teaching into the Master of HLM Program they will provide a course that is of highquality based on current literature and policy materials and aligned with industry needs and challenges. They will also engage in health systems and services research studies within SWSLHD.

Specific accountabilities for this role are across the SPHSWSLHD research teaching and service areas as indicated below:
