Software Developer - Test

The Opportunity

As a Software Developer Test on the Procurement team at Euna Solutions youll be a key part of delivering new features and enhancements to our firstinclass businesstogovernment marketplace. In this role you will design and develop testing solutions for our product platform and collaborate with your team the engineering organization and the product team to continuously enhance our delivery processes.

Software Developers Test in Euna Procurement ensure quality and mitigate risk by delivering effective and comprehensive testing solutions to new and existing product features in a timely manner. They also contribute to the teams success through the effective execution of testing best practices and continuously improving their own skillset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to and review feature test specifications and test automation.

• Assess and mitigate risk through the development and execution of effective test strategies.

• Guide the team to implement qualityfocused practices across the SDLC.

• Take ownership of a project in terms of validating and maintaining good code quality

• Coach and mentor junior team members to help them success in their role

• Perform rootcauseanalysis to identify the stages where issues were introduced and ensure the elimination of classes of defects.

• Work with the team to make meaningful improvements to the teams automation test coverage at all levels (ie. unit integration UI endtoend etc.)

• Bring visibility to the teams quality metrics

• Advance our goal to ship faster with more frequency and confidence.

• Minimize our time from code commit to production.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent industry experience.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing of production web applications.

• An understanding of JavaScript TypeScript C# or a similar language.

• Clear technical expertise in testing frameworks eg. Cypress Cucumber

• Working knowledge of Performance Testing tool eg. Gatling

• Familiarity with development collaboration tools such as JIRA and git and development processes like scrum or Kanban.

• Experience in a cloud environment such as AWS.

• A passion for delivering beautiful and functional UIs and APIs.
