Job Description

Summary

Primary Care services are an integral part of Public Healths role in assuring quality health care for the most vulnerable in our community. Our two sites that provide primary care (the Downtown and Eastgate Public Health Centers are responsible for providing whole person care for persons who are not wellserved by traditional health care settings. In support of our clinical teams we are seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a Public Health Administrative Support Supervisor (PHASS) to supervise and support our Primary Care systems referral coordinators (four positions) and the interpreters at our Eastgate Public Health Center (six positions). This position is based at the Eastgate Public Health Center in Bellevue and reports to the Eastgate Area Manager; however in order to provide support and supervision to referral coordinators located at other sites the position will be required to travel to the Downtown Seattle. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problemsolving skills demonstrated ability to provide supervision to staff who are onsite and offsite and work well in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.

This position is fully benefited 1.0 FTE and overtime eligible. The Public Health Centers are open Monday through Friday and operate at least eight (8) hours per day approximately 8:00am5:30pm with the possibility to extend these hours/days of operation. May also work outside of assigned shift and/or location in order to meet operational needs.

Employees must reside in Washington state and within a reasonable distance to their King County worksite to respond to workplace reporting requirements.
