As a Maintenance Repairman 2 you will provide preventive maintenance to the buildings and grounds at Fort Indiantown Gap.You will perform routine repairs and adjustments to heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems resolve heating and cooling comfort issues and change filters. You will also troubleshoot diagnose and repair electrical systems and plumbing systems to ensure proper and efficient operations.This role requires the ability to apply knowledge in various trades while prioritizing work and determining propermethods and procedures needed. In addition you will perform general carpentry work operate a variety of powered tools and equipmentand assist with snow removal grass cutting and other grounds keeping duties.
