In this position...
Your primary role is to manage ordertocash operations including demand planning asset management fulfillment logistics and accounts receivable support along with reporting and analytics needed to inform decisionmaking and change management. We are looking for someone excited to join the Ford Pro team and create solutions to support our commercial electric vehicle fleet customers. The ideal candidate can navigate competing priorities mature operations to further eliminate waste and increase productivity and meet tight deadlines.
ResponsibilitiesWhat youll do...
- Own strategy inventory management and manage the order fulfillment operations including key partners
- Lead a team of team responsible for running FPC order to cash operations and oversee the data POV and management tools underlying inventory strategy and decision making in partnership with Sr Manager.
- Ensure quality operations via systems design for information transfer to strategic fulfillment process enhancements (packaging design carrier options etc.) with handoffs between Sales Purchasing Ops and Hardware in mind.
- Implement track and manage customer account and orders in process with partners for new demand returns warranty replacements vendor setup in customer ERP systems and account invoice and billing issues
- Oversee internal and external order fulfilment meetings to track progress and resolve any issues with customer account setup and shipping orders
- Key stakeholder in capacity planning and ongoing coordination of supply/demand capacity planning and prioritization for pending/incoming orders and resolution of inventory and customer impact given
- Develop desk aids and training material for onboarding new team members and key partners
- Scale the FPC order to cash business operations
- Maintain a team of analysts and project managers to support developing and migrating to a largescale ordering system replacing the currently manual order tracker
- Launch large scale order fulfilment system to automate contract to order process
- Project managers responsible for tracking shipments and interface with customers on any shipping experience and resolve any shipping issues
- Drive process improvements for the hardware distribution channel order to delivery
- Identify steps to automate and integrate with new/existing ERP systems
- Ensure data consistency across partner and Ford Pro ERPs
- Anticipates and identifies where issues could arise interfaces may be broken
- Drive enhancements of inventory database (IFAM or alternative)
- Example: Ford Pro Charging Inventory & Fulfillment Bulletin updates confirm those inputs align with the Ford Pro Charging KPIs and live dashboards
- Build out dashboards and capabilities to track assets orders and liabilities with the support of partners.
- Ensure team has proper set of KPIs to drive the business and explain the Ford Pro Charging impact and opportunities and distribution of these of these metrics to other key decisionmakers
- Be able to convey the story and health of the Ford Pro Charging business
- Work with the team to highlight major issues to be raised with leadership
- Lead new business channel and market integration efforts with Ford Component Sales and Ford Pro Tech
- Define requirements and implement order to cash process for new markets
- Develop requirements and integrate new channels
- Represents Operations in the Engineering Change Board to review and approval for Engineering Change Requests and Order for EVSE products

QualificationsYoull have...
- Bachelors degree
- 5 years supervisory experience
- Experience working within and managing automotive 3PL services
- Advanced analytics and inventory forecasting stock optimization and safety stock calculation
