Job Description

The State of Montana has a decentralized human resources (HR) system. Each agency is responsible for its own recruitment and selection. The Data Control Specialists predominant function is to review enter and maintain program data in the appropriate databases information management systems and fiscal invoicing processes. This position confers with managers program staff stakeholders and other interested parties to meet data management requirements established internally or externally by statute rule permit other legal instrument or by policy. This includes assisting with data system development modification implementation operation and maintenance quality control training assistance data report design and customer outreach.

Qualifications
High school diploma
One year of related professional experience
Alternative combinations of education and experience may be considered on a casebycase basis.
