Job Description
What youll do
This position interacts with internal staff and external vendor partners to effectively balance multiple content development workstreams.
Your key accountabilities are:
You will be trained on the groups software by the members of your team and will be required to
- Deliver internal training.
- Design and enhance instructional materials and courses that align with Product learning principles.
- Create content using CAMTASIA and REVOICER
- Revise and improve instructional materials based on stakeholder feedback data insights and instructional effectiveness reviews to maintain relevance and alignment with organizational needs.
- Administer LMS functions including user management course assignments troubleshooting and reporting.
- Collaborate with LMS vendors to identify document and resolve technical issues ensuring seamless learner experiences.

- 5 years of experience in learning support creation
- Fluency in both German and English
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS)
- Experience in Creating editing and redesigning instructional material: courses curriculum job aids and training recordings to ensure it matches the learners needs
- Solid Knowledge of Camtasiaand REVOICER
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous timelines.
