About the role
As Head of Sales you will drive the next phase of 7Learnings international growth. You will own and execute the gotomarket strategy build and lead a highperforming sales team and develop strategic relationships with enterprise retailers and brands. Your focus will be on scaling revenue expanding our customer base and establishing 7Learnings as the global leader in AIdriven retail optimization.
Your mission
- Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy targeting enterprise and midmarket retailers with a focus on international expansion (mostly Northern Europe and North America)
- Build lead and mentor a highperforming sales team fostering a culture of continuous learning transparency and results
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Product and Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and longterm client satisfaction
- Analyze market trends customer needs and competitive landscape to refine our value proposition and sales approach
- Report on sales performance pipeline and forecasts to the executive team
Your profile
- 57 years track record in B2B SaaS sales ideally in retail technology pricing or AI/MLdriven solutions
- Currently leading sales team of 23 Account Executives
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling to Clevel executives
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex technical value propositions in a compelling way
- Entrepreneurial mindset selfmotivation and a resultsdriven approach
- Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
