Job Description

Exciting News! Triovest is in the process of being acquired by Colliers solidifying Colliers position as Canadas largest commercial real estate services firm. This marks a significant milestone in our journey and presents exciting opportunities for future growth as part of a leading global organization.

We are seeking an Analyst Client Reporting on a contract basis at our downtown Toronto office. This position is a fulltime contract role expected to run until March 31 2026. As an Analyst Client Reporting you will support the preparation review and delivery of accurate and timely financial and operational reports for our clients. You will play a key role in producing highquality reporting and analysis that helps meet client expectations and supports the overall performance and compliance of our asset managed portfolios.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of monthly quarterly and annual client reports including financial performance summaries asset management updates and propertyspecific reporting packages.
  • Support the compilation and review of Asset Under Management (AUM) data for internal and external reporting.
  • Coordinate data gathering and ensure timely completion of annual audited financial statements in collaboration with internal teams and external auditors.
  • Help maintain and update financial reporting templates in line with IFRS ASPE and client specifications.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support for client governance matters such as tax filings legal documentation and rebalancing activities.
  • Ensure MSCI quarterly reporting is complete accurate and aligned with current portfolio data; respond promptly to related queries.
  • Support the property and asset management teams in delivering operational reporting related to relatedparty transactions and financial oversight.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients auditors financial institutions and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS / ATTRIBUTES

  • A postsecondary degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
  • CPA designation or working toward CPA certification preferred.
  • 23 years of experience in financial reporting or accounting ideally within commercial real estate or a professional services environment.
  • Knowledge of IFRS and ASPE accounting standards.
  • Familiarity with the Canadian Income Tax Act and basic understanding of corporate tax compliance is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint; experience with reporting or accounting systems is a strong asset.
  • Proven ability to produce accurate and clientready reports under tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail analytical skills and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to translate data into clear insights for clients.
  • Professional collaborative and serviceoriented approach with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Selfmotivated and adaptable able to thrive in a fastpaced and evolving environment.
  • A team player who demonstrates integrity accountability and a commitment to excellence.
