Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Personal Insurance Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal insurance accounts providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Evaluate clients current coverage and provide recommendations for additional products or coverage options
- Process incoming insurance policy applications endorsements and other policy changes
- Stay uptodate on insurance industry regulations and market trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Resolve client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Meet or exceed sales and retention goals through proactive account management and crossselling opportunities
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in personal insurance account management
- Strong understanding of insurance products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in insurance management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $60K$65K (based on experience).
