Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support for the Norfolk local office and front desk
- Assist supervisors and team members with various administrative tasks
- Perform data entry filing sorting and handling of mail
- Help in processing transportation requests and assisting youth with appointments
- Monitor a fleet of cars used for transportation
- Prepare case documentation for workers and legal parties
- Scan documents into NFOCUS and ensure records are uptodate
- Print reports for workers on performance indicators
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all records
Requirements / Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: Coursework/training or experience in public contact customer service and/or performing and applying office/clerical support procedures including the use of a personal computer associated software and office equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with the public and answering phones
- Experience with confidential information handling
- Familiarity with entering information into databases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Nuance)
Other: A valid drivers license or the ability to provide independent authorized transportation.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Good communication skills
- Ability to answer phones in a professional manner.
