Schedule: Flexible 8hour workday across site visits and admin time
Apollo After School is a comprehensive extended day program for students in PreKindergarten through 8th grade. Our researchbased curriculum provides a safe fun and friendly environment for families who need quality childcare outside of regular school hours.

As an Area Coordinator youll be the heartbeat of our afterschool programsmanaging client relationships guiding Site Directors ensuring regulatory compliance and creating environments where children families and staff thrive.
What Youll Do
Client & Relationship Management
- Be the main point of contact for your assigned school partners parents and families.
- Build strong client relationships resolve concerns and work crossfunctionally with Finance HR and Customer Service.
- Provide thoughtful tailored solutions to sitespecific challenges.
Site Operations & Oversight
- Conduct consistent site visits to monitor program quality.
- Ensure staff are trained equipped and operating within company policies.
- Support Site Directors in managing daytoday operations and team performance.
- Manage the before care after care program and summer camp in the assigned location.
Team Leadership & Development
- Mentor Site Directors to lead their teams with confidence and integrity.
- Provide training and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with HR in recruiting onboarding and evaluating staff.
Administrative & Compliance Tasks
- Maintain accurate records support licensing inspections and lead compliance efforts.
- Manage payroll approval and scheduling through our timekeeping tools.
- Ensure government subsidy documentation is current and complete.
Communication & Engagement
- Engage with families and school staff through regular updates and newsletters.
- Organize monthly onsite meetings and ongoing communication with stakeholders.
Were Looking for Someone Who...
- Has a Bachelors degree or a Masters degree in any field related to Children or Business.
- Has a minimum of 3 years of experience managing teams (10 direct reports) and educational programs (afterschool or youthcentered programs a plus!).
- Has reliable transportation to commute from site to site.
- Is confident with compliance licensing and administrative processes.
- Brings a collaborative solutionsoriented mindset.
- Thrives in a fastpaced multisite role and enjoys being on the move.
- Understands the importance of clear communication and leadership development.

- Annual salary of $65000 to $75000 plus eligibility for bonuses
