Claims Data Reporting Specialist Senior

Location: Middletown NY; Columbus GA; Indianapolis IN; Richmond VA; Grand Prairie TX (preferred). This role requires associates to be inoffice 1 2 days per week fostering collaboration and connectivity while providing flexibility to support productivity and worklife balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered.

The Reporting Specialist Senior is responsible for researching and collecting data for complex and substantially varied issues and situations.

How you will make an impact:

  • Identifies data resources.
  • Collects data.
  • Summarizes data and creates and/or updates various reports as decision support tools for management.
  • Leads or participates in special initiatives including projects meetings conference calls or oversight of temporary help.
  • Ensures that resulting process changes are in compliance with appropriate guidelines.
  • Provides training to others within area on changes.
  • Monitors area performance and meets with managers to provide feedback.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a HS diploma or equivalent a minimum of 2 additional years of related education and a minimum of 5 years experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills Capabilities and Experiences:

  • Ability to develop and modify SQL queries will be helpful.
  • Strong communication problemsolving and PC skills strongly preferred.
  • Claims operations experience (i.e. claims testing systems and processes) preferred.
  • Working knowledge of WGS claims processing reimbursement policies and procedures highly preferred.
  • CI&W knowledge will be helpful.
  • Proficiency in Excel and some knowledge of macros will be helpful.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s) the salary* range for this specific position is $44433 to $66672

Locations: Middletown NY
