Job Description
Salary: $80000 base with bonus opportunities
Paid Time Off: 3 weeks of accrued vacation plus sick time floating holiday and company holidays

- Lead daytoday operations ensuring excellence across leasing maintenance and resident services
- Build and execute local marketing and outreach strategies to maintain strong occupancy
- Cultivate community relationships and local partnerships to support leasing goals
- Motivate and develop an onsite team through clear communication and goalsetting
- Conduct unit walks and inspections ensuring quality control and readiness
- Plan and host resident events that promote engagement and satisfaction
- Manage the communitys operating budget forecast financial performance and analyze KPIs
- Partner with vendors and contractors to uphold the propertys appearance and function
- Champion our culture of Love Serve Care in every interaction
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Property Manager in a highend multifamily community
- Leadership: Strong background in building and leading a productive team
- Marketing Skills: Proven ability to drive traffic through outreach events and digital channels
- Operational Excellence: Confident managing budgets reporting and performance metrics
- Customer Focused: Passionate about creating memorable experiences for residents
- Mindset: Resultsoriented proactive and ready to lead with professionalism and heart
