TheDemand to Pay (D2P) departmentbrings its purpose to life by providing our colleagues worldwide with endtoend D2P services & solutions tailored to their needs. The D2P teams provide customer service to Roche affiliates on D2P systems and processes (Accounts Payable Payment Management Order & Contract Management) ensuring endtoend process completion in line with our customerfocused principles. We are a team that works very closely together to ensure good employee relations anticipate our customers future needs and proactively develop solutions
As a qualified expert you:
Process and maintain Purchase Orders
Review and approve shopping carts for Policy compliance
Create and modify Purchase Orders
Close Purchase Orders as required
Support purchase invoice reconciliation and liaise with the accounts payable department in connection with invoicing procedures
Make reports on the given activities
Assisting with processing of returns for the Procurement Department as needed
Being responsible for Order Acknowledgement handling and contact the suppliers in case of need
Who you are:
We are looking for someone who is selfmotivated really passionate about his or her job and understands that providing a highquality service is crucial for the organization. As an ideal team member you are openminded dedicated to make a difference and open to constant development. Furthermore you would have:
College or university degree in finance or a related economics subject
General understanding of finance processes and standards
Broad experience in procurement processes (13 years) and using SAP is an advantage
Strong communication and advisory skills and you are able to deal with complex issues
Customer centricity through your daytoday interactions
Endtoend accountability problemsolving skills growth & agile mindset in ambiguous situations
Multicultural acceptance ability to work in a fastpaced and changing environment
Proficiency in English and Italian

Salary starts from 1800 EUR gross/monthly. Final salary depends on the successful candidates level of experience skills and qualifications.
