Level 3 Recruitment Consultant Apprenticeship Coulter Elite Resourcing
Kickstart your career in recruitment with a handson apprenticeship! Were looking for a motivated individual to join our fastpaced team and learn the full recruitment process from sourcing candidates to supporting interviews.
Apprenticeship Overview:
- Salary:13741 per year
- Working Week:Monday Friday 9am 5pm (1 hour lunch break)
- Duration: 18months
- Hours: 35 hours per week

Duties
- Full inhouse training to give you the skills tools and confidence to grow a successful career in recruitment
- Onetoone mentorship from a dedicated Senior Consultant in a stable and supportive environment
- Handson experience working alongside the team to find and speak with suitable candidates for client roles
- Opportunities to develop your account management skills and understand client needs and workplace culture
- Involvement in creative candidate attraction campaigns including writing and promoting job adverts across social media and job boards

Your training plan
- 1to1 monthly meeting: Approx. two hours with a GLP Trainer (facetoface or telephone)
- Online learning courses and/or group sessions
- Building an electronic portfolio of workrelated evidence
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship
This is a pivotal role within the recruitment sector. This apprenticeship provides successful learners with routes for progression into a number ofmore senior roles within the industry. Successful learners may choose to progress on to a higherlevel qualification or vocationally related programmes. Apprentices who complete this qualification will also be eligible for professional registration of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals or Institute of Recruiters.
