The Document Control Specialist will provide administrative support to team members in the production control department. The individual will be responsible for ensuring that production packages are created prepared and provided to internal and external departments in a timely manner.

The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Adhere to established document control standard work practices and procedures; define new standard work as appropriate.
  • Coordinate and assist other S&C team members to troubleshoot investigate and resolve production packaging issues.
  • Manage data entry records maintenance and lookup.
  • Accurately and efficiently process all work orders out of the production control office and release to the appropriate resource.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

Who are we looking for Someone who has

  • High school diploma or postsecondary education in Business or a related field.
  • 12 years of administrative support or related experience.
  • Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to be flexible when priorities shift.
  • Detailoriented with a high degree of accuracy with the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced deadlineoriented environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within team in a serviceoriented environment.
  • Proficient in MS applications.

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Physical Effort

Normal or frequent minor physical effort required for the daytoday activity in the workplace. May involve standing sitting walking climbing stairs and lifting/moving/using objects or equipment up to 20lbs. QA Inspectors are sometimes required to stand for long periods of time to inspect S&C products
