Why The Role Matters:
The Faculty of Arts Design & Architecture currently has over 25 research facilities including labs clusters hubs and networks in addition to six official UNSW centres and multiple grants funded researchintensive groups. Specialisations across these groups include adaptive technology for health and inclusion; computational design data analytics and automated decision making; creative and cultural sector innovations; critical and social analysis of technology; generative AI simulation and immersive visualisation; humantechnology interactions and social robotics; sociotechnical advances for climate security and urban futures; spatial planning architectural and manufacturing transformations.
This role entails coordinating access to and development of our most active research facilities to maximise the value and benefit of our research technology and infrastructure across UNSW Arts Design & Architecture disciplines.
