Seeking an enthusiastic individual who will be reporting into the Head of Risk and Compliance. This newly created position will be providing support to the operation of risk and compliance functions.
Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Heavily involved in both internal and external audits you will be working with audit functions to provide necessary information (document requests) as well as being a point of contact within the business to answer or source answers.
- Maintaining risk and performance metrics and associated reporting.
- Review writing and maintenance of policy and procedures and assisting with their implementation.
- Managing the risk and compliance systems including the inputs and reporting from these systems.
- Coordinating and preparing client reports.
- Overseeing vendor compliance and framework requirements.
Skills and Knowledge
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- At least 3 5 years of legal or compliance experience in a commercial environment.
- May also have come from a risk management or contract administration background.
- Highly organised and outcome focused in all aspects and can prioritise quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Builds productive relationships and communicates clearly and precisely and at all levels.
- Demonstrate a very high attention to detail with a strong focus on quality outputs timeliness and accountability.
- Experienced in high level client meetings.
- Team player with a friendly and outgoing personality.
