Your mission
- Data Analytics: Analyze subscription data bases various intelligence tools product lists and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Excel Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel functions to create reports dashboards and models that support sales strategies and business decisions.
- Data Mining: Extract and analyze large datasets to uncover insights and trends that drive sales performance.
- Sales Management: Develop and implement inside sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cross train on all customer service and data entry tasks maintain CRM and provide exceptional customer service to select accounts.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and customer needs.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports and business insights to senior management.
- Collaboration: This inoffice function works closely with the sales team marketing department and other stakeholders to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
Your profile
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Data Analytics or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analyst customer service or inside sales role preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Technical Skills:
- Must love data and data analytics as this is the core job function.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel including pivot tables VLOOKUP macros and complex formulas.
- Experience with data mining tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make datadriven decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data and insights clearly and effectively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: Ideally knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry including market trends regulatory requirements and key intelligence tools (IPD IQVIA Orange Book DMF listing etc.)
