About the role
Key responsibilities
- Perform proactive and reactive maintenance: This involves inspecting and maintaining dental equipment to ensure they operate efficiently and attend call outs when necessary minimising the downtown for dental practices.
- Perform installation and commissioning activities: You are responsible for the setting up and the proper functioning of new dental equipment. This includes installation and initial testing.
- Complete required company documentation:Maintain accurate records of your service visits repairs and installations. This documentation is crucial for tracking maintenance history and ensuring compliance.
- Follow Anglian Dentals quality system and procedures: Adhere to company quality standards and procedures at all times to maintain consistency and quality in your work.
- Attend manufacturers and Anglian Dentals training programs: Stay updated with the latest technologies and techniques by attending training programs.
- Build and maintain customer relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by proving exception Customer Service to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Strong technical thought process
- Electrical Plumbing or Mechanical qualification or apprenticeship desirable
- Experience and understanding of dental equipment preferable but not mandatory as training can be provided to the right candidate.
- Experience in using and maintaining a software system as part of your role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
