A brilliant opportunity has come up to join a busy and fastpaced manufacturing team in Bridlington as a Technical Quotations Coordinator.
This role is ideal for someone whos detailorientated technically minded and enjoys working collaboratively to deliver great customer service.
Youll be responsible for producing accurate and timely quotations for parts working closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure customer needs are met.
Your role will involve checking part availability and pricing liaising with technical design teams to source alternatives and supporting the wider team as needed.
Some of the key responsibilities are:
- Generate accurate quotations for spare parts using internal systems and technical knowledge
- Collaborate with internal teams including technical design sales and stock control
- Identify alternative solutions when parts are obsolete or unavailable
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers distributors and partners
- Take responsibility for the accuracy and consistency of your work
- Respond flexibly to changing priorities and customer requirements
To be successful for this role:
- Technically proficient with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment with shifting priorities
- A natural communicator who works well with others and takes ownership
This is a fulltime permanent position Working Monday to Friday within a wellestablished business working in a varied and interesting role.
