How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
Vous pilotez galement lactivit extension de gamme (produits fabriqus par des tiers et vendus sous marque Seppic) en collaboration avec les quipes Business Development et Marketing : garantir la qualit des produits livrs aux clients.
Enfin vous managez certaines catgories Achats matires premires en lien avec la soustraitance.
Vos missions :
Analyser les besoins de lentreprise
Sourcer des fournisseurs
Lancer des appels doffres et mener des ngociations (prix qualit dlais RSE...)
Mettre en place les contrats de soustraitance
Mettre en place les processus de soustraitance (approvisionnement des matires premires procds de fabrication logistique contrle conditionnement/tiquetage stockage)
valuer la performance des fournisseurs (dfinir les indicateurs cls de performance mener des audits...)
Dvelopper des relations de partenariat avec les fournisseurs stratgiques afin notamment de favoriser linnovation
Grer les risques lis la soustraitance (plan de continuit business solutions alternatives...)
Participer la veille technologique (solutions pour amliorer nos produits et procds de fabrication)
Are you a MATCH
Formation : Ingnieur idalement Chimie ou Procds
Exprience : exprience significative (10 ans minimum) dans le domaine des Achats idalement dans lindustrie chimique
Comptences techniques : Achats (sourcing ngociation...) aspects juridiques des contrats de soustraitance
Qualits personnelles : rigueur capacit danalyse et de synthse esprit dquipe orientation rsultats curiosit intellectuelle
Langues : anglais professionnel
Localisation : Paris ou Castres
