Your mission
Youll take ownership of scaling one of our product modules driving it from 1 to 10 and solidifying productmarket fit. Your mission is to improve how employees and facility managers interact with meeting rooms covering bookings integrations with existing IT systems and services like catering requests. This role requires scrappiness and fast iterations while also knowing when to prioritise quality.
As a Senior Product Manager your squad will play a key role in advancing deskbirds strategic goal of becoming the leading workplace management solution in Europe empowering both endusers and decisionmakers.
In this role you will
- Take full ownership of our Meeting Rooms & Services module with your product squad ensuring a simple and seamless experience for customers managing rooms and services. You will own the teams backlog and be accountable for customer and business impact.
- Prioritise opportunities in alignment with our strategy leveraging data insights to ensure we focus on what delivers the most value to our customers and the business.
- Partner with Product Design & Engineering to deliver outstanding user experiences in an agile environment maintaining and prioritising a feasible backlog and facilitating key ceremonies such as Sprint Planning Refinements Retros and Dailies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders inside and outside of deskbird to formulate and test hypotheses ensuring the delivery of highimpact solutions.
- Drive crossteam alignment and contribute to the continuous improvement of Product Management execution at deskbird.
- Help iterate on Product Management processes in collaboration with the Director of Product.
- Contribute to refining your products vision strategy goals and success metrics.
What you need to be successful
- 5 years as a Product Manager in startups or similar environments with 3 years in midmarket or enterprise B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record in scaling new products and achieving productmarket fit and gotomarket alignment.
- Proven success in delivering B2B software solutions using quantitative (KPIs metrics) and qualitative data (user research feedback) for prioritisation.
- Strong strategic thinking ability to translate business goals into opportunities and drive gotomarket success.
- Proficient in agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) and Lean approaches to balance scope time and quality.
- Strong communication leadership and stakeholder alignment skills with a coaching mindset.
- Fluent in English (German or French is a plus).
