We are seeking a highly organized professional and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Partners and client in delivering exceptional results. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fastpaced environment demonstrates outstanding attention to detail and consistently exercises discretion and sound judgment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare review and format correspondence presentations reports and confidential client materials.
- Acts as a contact and liaison between our clients and internal parties.
- Manage executive calendars including meeting coordination travel arrangements and scheduling across multiple stakeholders.
- Assist with preparing yearend client packages and maintaining sensitive documentation with a high level of confidentiality.
- Draft and respond to internal and external communications on behalf of the management team.
- Support various administrative needs including project tracking filing tax returns engagement management and committee work.
- Organize and facilitate client meetings and events ensuring all logistics and materials are prepared and followup actions are completed.
- Collaborate with other administrative professionals to streamline processes and uphold high standards across the firm.

The ideal candidate would have:
- Diploma or certificate in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative support role ideally in a professional services environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (bilingualism in French is considered an asset).
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint) ability to adapt and learn new software.
- Exceptional organizational time management and problemsolving abilities.
- Demonstrated discretion confidentiality and sound decisionmaking.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a teambased environment.
