Due to site growth were offeringcasual positions for skilled and resilient support workers across our Bowral and Mittagong homes.
Mittagong Site X 2 casual
Supportsmale clients with intellectual disabilities and challenging behaviours.
Ideal for someone with experience in psychosocial disabilities autism behaviours of concern and alternative communication methods.
Available Shifts: Split shifts day shifts and sleepovers (5pm9am).
Potential to transition into permanent parttime (PPT) for the right candidate.
Bowral Site X 2 casuals
Ahigh support home for male and female clients with a combination of intellectual and physical disabilities.
Requires someone confident in personal care manual handling meal prep and transporting clients in wheelchairs.
Available Shifts: Split shifts day shifts afternoon shifts and sleepovers (5pm9am).

Your role
- Supporting adults with complex mental health and intellectual and physical disabilities in an independent living model.
- Following positive behaviour support and care support plans as directed by clinical teams and site managers.
- Encouraging capacity building to enhance clients current skills such as hygiene safe relationships domestic duties using public transport and accessing the community safely.
- Promoting choice and controland show willingness to participate in clients day to day routines goals and interests.
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect.
Some of our requirements:
We are aware there are quite a few compliance checks (listed below) for this role however whats important to us is that you have regular access to your own car and a P2 NSW Drivers Licence or higher and flexible availability across a 24/7 roster which may include mornings (6am2pm OR 7am3pm) afternoons (2pm10pm OR 3pm 11pm) sleepover (5pm9am).
