As Receptionist you are responsible for managing the overall Reception function within the Clinic. You will ensure that patients receive a friendly efficient and professional service. You are a crucial part of the team looking after the daytoday running of the clinic. You will work in conjunction with The Dermatology Partnership Central Bookings and Central Admin Team.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Set up clinics check in patients manage appointments (bookings followups cancellations) and ensure clinic rooms are ready.
  • Print schedules prescriptions and post letters; handle documentation audit trails and consultant referral/charge sheets accurately.
  • Assist with doctors and nurses administrative needs including prescription handling and responding to queries.
  • Understand selffunding/insured patient processes take payments/deposits process refunds and liaise with the bookings team.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures for all tasks including internal referrals patient documentation and endofday responsibilities.
