Like a chess player at the start of a game you are patient and calculating. While others are still thinking about their next move youre five moves ahead. This means that youre able to ensure projects are fully defined specified and priced with all the necessary surveys covering all the basics and protecting your queen.
Similarly youre able to handle customer and stakeholder relationships making sure that each move is systematically delivered to achieve the set goal of providing quality service to the customer. And youre consistent enough to achieve the same results over and again however many times you must do it.
Youre also experienced in preparing the PreConstruction Information pack in accordance with CDM Regulations and ensuring projects are specified and tendered in a timely and costeffective manner.

You must have a recognised Construction or M&E Project Management qualification as well as NQF Level 4/5 in a relevant discipline.
